WELL-BEING CENTER IN PARIS 3

Studio Méthode Taranto & Co was created by Céline Taranto, a floor barre and dance teacher for 10 years, and founder of the podcast, Méthode Taranto-Le Podcast: “Rise through encounters”.

"Because I am convinced that if each of us practiced regular physical activity, the world would be better, I wanted to create a soothing, rejuvenating and stimulating place where people feel safe and free to just be themselves, unfiltered and without obligation. Teachers, trainers of the movement family, the studio is at your disposal to share your knowledge and make your beautiful energies shine in the world! »

Discover the new origin FLOOR BARRE classes with Céline Taranto

Born from her experience as a dancer, the New Origin Floor Barre is inspired by training

classical and contemporary dancers, the work of Peter Goss, the

Feldenkrais Method, Yoga and Fitness.

Céline has been developing this discipline for 10 years now  thanks to her needs,

its constraints, its limits, its questions and those of all its students.

Exercises performed on the floor that tone, soften and relax the body, but also

the mind: Breathing, fluidity, relay, organic body paths, reinforcement

muscular, relaxation, sheathing, elongation.

His battle horse: respect for anatomy and adaptation to the body and the experience of each.

The origin and objective of his bar: well-being for all.
