Between the Argens plain and the Maures and Estérel massifs, Le Muy is a pleasant village surrounded by Mediterranean forests and renowned vineyards in the heart of Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur and not far from the beaches of Sainte- Maxim.
The Center L'Infini (Art and Well-being) located at the entrance to Sainte-Maxime in the new area of Camp-Ferrat offers direct and easy access from the center of the village. Our private car park will allow you to easily park your car to participate in our courses and events with complete peace of mind.
Throughout the year our yoga studio offers a schedule including yoga classes, tribal dance fusion classes, pilates classes, all year round. On weekends, we also offer many workshops and courses around dance, yoga, training for active people in need of relaxation and rejuvenation. On weekends you can attend yoga masterclasses with recognized teachers, concerts of sacred songs, cocoa ceremonies, sound and sensory baths.

Summer course at the beach and paddle yoga near Le Muy
In summer, the course schedule in air-conditioned rooms is reduced and our coursesyoga mostly takes place outdoors. We offer hatha flow yoga classes for all levels and paddle yoga classes facing the Mediterranean Sea in a protected natural area "La Pointe des Sardinaux" in Sainte-Maxime.

Yoga Teacher Training - Quality/bases in the PACA region
Our yoga studio is also a yoga training center open to all trainers and actors of Art and Well-being in the Var in the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur region.
The Center L'Infini (Art & Well-being) is hosting the very first 200H Quality/Basics training given by Elodie Huertas, founder of the Center L'infini and teacher of Hatha-yoga, vinyasa-yoga and yin-yoga for nearly 10 ans.
This yoga training in the PACA region in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez is aimed at all those wishing to perfect or deepen their knowledge of yoga or become a yoga teacher.
Our training is intended to be professional and graduate for all participants wishing to become actors in their lives and teach yoga. It consists of 12 modules to be followed over a period of approximately one year and including a practical internship in a Vedic farm in the heart of the Drôme Provençale.
