The very first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Quality/Basics yoga training takes place at the Center Infini in Sainte-Maxime in the Var.
Our yoga training is divided into 12 modules of 4:00 p.m. and takes place once a month on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays in general.
This yoga training is built in an effective, fun and complete way to allow you to acquire in less than a year the basic and quality skills to teach yoga.
