The village has kept its small winding streets of yesteryear and with its picturesque old houses, one immediately feels charmed by Gassin, a village which dominates a landscape of vineyards, wooded areas and the mythical Bay of _Saint Tropez !
Our yoga studio is easily accessible from the center of the village by the departmental road D559 or the D44 which is to be preferred in summer due to the heavy traffic by the seaside. It takes less than 30 minutes to join our beautiful yoga studio in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
This is much less than the time spent on public transport in large cities like Paris or Lyon! This is also why you no longer have any excuses to visit us and take advantage of this exceptional space.

Our gym is dedicated to Zen disciplines such as yoga, chi-gong, Tai chi chuan and holistic dance. Many teachers work independently in our Center for various and varied courses.

Our small cabin is available outside the schedule of weekly group lessons.

The reputation of cocoa ceremonies is well established. The Cocoa ceremonies are spaces for sharing and benevolence open monthly to the inhabitants of Gassin and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
What is a Cocoa Ceremony?
It is a global and collective care of the being through the use of Cocoa from Guatemala, a plant of the gods carefully selected from local producers in the Amazonian forest. During a cocoa ceremony, we taste the cocoa in consciousness and presence after an introduction and explanation concerning the history of cocoa and the physiological, subtle and energetic effects. In the second part, you will lie down to enjoy a sound and sensory bath to the sound of instruments from around the world such as jew's harps, crystal bowls, harmonium , handpan, gong, Tibetan bowls, drums and intuitive ethnic songs by Elodie Huertas. Essential oils and massages are offered during the ceremonies.
