After having initiated and animated women's circles since 2018, in the Var region and during festivals, I am committed today to passing on my experience and my practice to accompany you to become initiators yourselves. Thus, let the values of support, interdependence, creativity and sisterhood spread and grow!

 

I am committed to guiding you in your practice and to providing you with the tools that will allow you to secure yourself while allowing you to create freely. 

 

I open the circle, set it in motion so that you can then take hold of it, so that the movement spreads. My mission is to connect women for more love, more trust, more creativity and freedom for us and for the world.

I initiate the circles in connection with my intuition and my spirituality, well anchored in my desire to allow you to fully experience your passages and your transformations.

 

During my accompaniment, I bring you my Presence, my entire Commitment by your side, my Freedom to think, to question and to dream as well as my intuitive Perception of the Scope of your transformation.

At the Heart Center 

Meditation - Hatha yoga & Holistic Dance will alternate with the theoretical and playful aspect of this beautiful training.  

 

1. The heart at the center of this training 

To start the circle: Tantric meditation of the heart and chanting of the OM 

 

2. Rooting and anchoring to lead a circle well. 

 

2. Define your gifts - What are your gifts? How to use them in the service of other women and humanity. 

Collective creation of a donation tree 

 

3. Hatha Yoga & Stretching - How to breathe well as an initiator and create your personal practice space essential to your creativity and well-being. 

 

4. The Power of Sacred Space of the group and shared bonds: constructing sacred space, containing it and setting it in motion. 

 

5. Sacred Cocoa Ceremony and Understanding Heart Medicine. (Receiving to better give)

Price: €130 per module

(It is essential for your development to commit to a complete training including 10 Modules) 

PACK 10 MODULES / €980 - 10 days to train over 7 months. 

Individual work to be provided with regular simulations within the working group. 

 

It is possible to participate in a single module according to your wishes. 

 

The price will then be 150 € per day for approximately 7.30 hours of teaching.

Conditions of sale and cancellation:

• The reservation of your place is effective when the payment is received, either:

--The full amount if you choose to pay in one go, i.e. 980 euros

-- The first of 10 installments if you wish to pay monthly, i.e. 130 euros

-- Even in the case of monthly payment, the entire cost of the training, ie 980 euros, is due, it is a 10-month commitment.

-- In case of cancellation on my part, the sums paid are returned.

 

• Any registration for the Trans-training course is final.

The commitment lasts the entire duration of the course, ie 10 months.

The sums paid at the time of the reservation are not refundable.
